Welcome

Wellspring Center provides therapeutic, psycho-educational and consultation services to meet the cultural, social and spiritual needs of all individuals, families and children in the Central Indiana area.

Our practice is client-centered and is guided by a family systems approach. This means we value the client’s important relationships. We will always ask the client to consider the impact of words and actions on the relationships they hold dear. Family of Origin patterns help us to understand closely held beliefs, especially with clients of another culture. Each of our therapists use a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the client but frequently used modes of therapy include Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. Regardless of the type of therapy used, building a trusting relationship with the client is our primary goal.

In addition we are connected to a wide variety of community resources so if we cannot meet the needs of a client, we will make a referral to the appropriate professional. An example of this would be a referral to a medical provider who can provide medication to supplement therapy.

Finally the therapists in our group are committed to an environment of cooperation and mutual encouragement. We meet weekly to assure that we are providing the best care to our clients and are committed to professional advancement both individually and as a practice.
